they cannot connect to my server

i have created a server with radmin vpn but no one can connect unfortunately the join button is disabled and the same when i connect to another server what to do

If it doesn't work with a VPN then it's usually a UPnP bug. Disable UPnP in your router or in Windows with https://www.grc.com/files/unpnp.exe

i opened a port forward server but when they join visible join button and if you connect to my ip with gta manager it starts to freeze and does not connect to my server I turned off UPnP

Triggering port should be the same as external port.

thank you very much for your help i have fixed the internet to make it much faster so i hope my server will work fine
