[Galactic Boy]

Columns-DeathMatch is 6 v 6 (Players vs bots) death match map which takes place on very tall columns. Bots attack players with heavy weapons and bots have an advantage in the game:

Bots can fly on the air. (Only over the orange blocks)

But players have an advantage too:

Players can attack bots with several weapons (machine gun, rocket launcher, electro gun, molotov cocktail, shotgun and flame thrower) and can get power-ups. (health, armor)

I don't suggest this game to people who have afraid of height.

Your mission is too easy: Killing bots..good lucks!

Interesting concept but has been done in a few different ways before.

In Dusk mode, the effect of the pillars disappearing into space is great. I haven't seen that in GTA2 before.

The problem with high objects is it makes the camera super tight, shorter than the range of some pretty deadly weapons. The AI can see perfectly at any distance but players only get an arrow, which is a bit vague as the camera wriggles around a bit.

btw: do you know the potal textures i made? your map design remindes me of one of the portal chambers.

Idea/screenshots look interesting but I doubt many people will be able to play a map that requires 6 players.

I think it isn't similar to Kamil's "Towers" map. Columns in his map aren't so high. And towers are enclosed by barriers.

yakuza is very strong, it's difficult to killing him. And bots have more many advantages, they see everything on the map but you don't.

You're right but they are difficulties of the map and bots have disadvantages too: They can move as player, they can use only one weapon, they have 4 leaded life. (can't collect armor.)

Why is it? You can collect 7 different weapons in this map. This is an advantage. And sorry for this mistake, correct statement is "They can't move as player."

bots can use their weapons too effective, for example yakuza bot can kill you with his rocket too easily, even while you move. But killing an other character by rocket is very hard.

Collecting and using 7 different weapons have not an advantage and they can jump on too many blocks to complete their objectives.

Armor is probably numerable an advantage.

Using rocket launcher implies expertness. It's normal to us. I'm not a rocket launcher expert. But an expert uses rocket launcher as a bot. I'm talking about 7 different weapons. It's a too incredible advantage. It's a difficulty of level. You can edit this via GTA2 map editor.

I have a second level and making third level of this map and I will share it with you. "cdm2" and "cdm3".

"cdm2" is more difficult than this map. There are gangs and and humans in the map. Other than this..one police bot who has 3 guards and 1 russian bot and 1 scientist bot.

I didn't decide that what do I will in "cdm3".
