Dreamcast version has no multiplayer. There are some controller button graphics in the STY file. Apart from that, I think it's nearly identical to the PC version but I haven't played it for a long time, so maybe something I forget.

oh ok thanks. i got the dreamcast version and i playing it with emulator (i have no dc :() and i comparing it to the pc version and from what i saw meanwhile this is differences:
1.all the voiceover sounds are missing
2.a bit different radio stations/music sometimes
3.a bit different menus
4.when you push start in game, compare to the pc "esc" key, in the dc version the game pause and there is also status screen, in the pc version its just ask you to leave or not..
5.minor graphics changes - in the pc version every car have night lights, in the dc not.
6.in the dc version you can only play on "dusk" setting, but not sure about it cause in this back cover:

the picture with the tank is on "noon" setting
7.and ofcource some more changes

Seems like the DC-version has the same vehicles, but they appear in different sets. The Benson, Box Truck and Bulwark don't spawn in the Downtown District in the PC-version.

Perhaps simply all cars (except government vehicles, etc.) spawn in all Districts in the DC-version, just like all cars spawn in multiplayer?
