GTA2 Manager not showing resolution choices

I've noticed gta2manager.exe rarely displays the resolution choices on this system. It's running Windows 10 but it may happen on other operating systems.

GTA2 still works fine and I can still change resolution by editing the registry keys.

Can anyone fix gta2manager or whatever is causing this glitch?
