Updated forum software to phpBB v3.2.8

Mostly a security update.

[SECURITY-243] - CSS injection via BBCode tag (yikes!)
[SECURITY-244] - Missing form token check when handling attachments
[SECURITY-246] - Missing form token check when managing BBCodes

I also installed an extension that allows you to choose if your profile is displayed on the left or right.
