I found a workaround to the sound issue! It's caused by RADIO_AM_NOISE sound in bil.raw, ste.raw & wil.raw. Clearing the sound (setting sound file to zero) using GTA WAVE will solve the problem. Maybe Vike could solve it in exe, knowing this. Nice job! I can probably fix that in the exe fairly ...

1. Fast speed option is unplayable, and so totally useless. Like Sektor said this depends on your network latency.
