It would nice if Vike had time to took a look at it. Anyhow, I've found a temporally method that'll give you 30 FPS in MP using W8.1 (probably also true for W10). Open the .mis files with mispad/scriptpad/notepad and delete all the lines that start with GIVE_WEAPON and then compile the .mis file with mispad/scriptpad or the official compiler. Scripted gang is probably best like in BFF TAG or the bus gang in DAFE's Death Vally. Another way to do it would be STORE_LAST_CHAR_PUNCHED and GIVE_WEAPON (punched, machine_gun), so you have to punch your gang members to give them new weapons. Hi. It's really awesome to be able to play maps from GTA 1 in GTA 2. Sweet work done on this! I'd personally like to not to have unlimited ammo for standard weapons at spawn, though. It's personally not a gameplay type enjoy very much. It just lacks dynamics, not having to find the weapons yourself....

So I find the dual pistol to be a bit useless for the instant gang power-up in multiplayer, therefore I would like to see it changed to another weapon. Like to the normal pistol. I've managed to be able to edit maps and compile them, but my skills, so far, ends there. I've read a bit, of course, but...

I knew there must be some other program for slowing the frame rate. Fraps can do it but only when recording video, so that wasn't very practical. Now is there a frame rate tool that works on ATI and other video cards? Yeah. Well, this enforces it on the driver level, though. It works in all games, ...
