Custom forum icons

I was thinking this forum could use some custom icons. How about these two I made?

I also got another idea to make the forum more custom with a GTA2 theme, but not too much - just little details. For example with pinned or special topics you can add an icon. I suggest making these icon's gta2 power-ups. They can even be rotating/animating (I added example). Like this:

Only problem is that these icon's are only used in one forum... so perhaps not a good idea.

It looks good enough for me but I think you could add something "extra" like a new icon, not just a player put on the old icon

I try to stick to the original forum style, so people don't get confused.

Offline/online icons added to subsilver2 theme. I also added the fast reload icon to smiles and forum icons. Now I need all the GTA2 icons and maybe even the weapons.

Animated icons are cool but probably too distracting, reminds me of 1999.

i think I also prefer the non moving icons.

i added the icons in the attachment. i would prefer that you use the .png when going for static. the edges is way smoother than the .gif, but perhaps the forum will cause trouble with png

Don't overdo it Sektor.
With animated GIFs all over the forum.

For posts user chooses itself what and how many emoticons he uses but main forum should stay clear as much as possible.
Otherwise it will look too childish and messed up, with all these colors and flickering.

Just My Opinion.

i see that the bigger animations have little bugs in it. spots that are white (transparent). i need to fix that.

i love the little power-up icons, but the bigger ones, animations and penguins are "so-so"... little too busy.

Small gang icons might be good.

good idea. if you do use them, please use the 16x16, because they are optimised (better edges) and not so large.

Version 2:
- added gang icons at 16x16, color and sharpness improved!
- added gang icons normal with no black border
- added remote icon to power-ups
- fixed holes in 30x30 animations (power-ups)
- removed black background from 30x30 power-ups png version
- added super smooth edge to 30x30 power-ups png version
- updated 16x16 png power-ups with better edge (smoother)
- removed 16x16 gif. they are ugly.

You should rename hearth to health.

I removed all the small GTA2 icons and the animated GTA2 icons. I prefer the original size ones.
