Some of you probably already saw this, but I reckoned this deserves a topic here. Mike Dailly uploaded scans of a game design document of Race'n'Chase, the game that eventually became Grand Theft Auto, at Flickr. Makes a good read, even though it doesn't contain real mindblowing revelations.

Pedestrians will be wandering about all of the time. They can be run over by cars. They will tend to walk on pavements. Types of pedestrians could include:
Schoolchildren and lollipop lady
Dogs
