Gta 2 vehicle settings

Hello, I'd like to ask you something about the gta 2 vehicle setup
1. Is there a way to add a vehicle weapon to a regular vehicle?
2. Is there a way for a normal vehicle to be immune to bullets, flamethrowers, electric shockers, etc. like tanks?
3. Is there a way to add a setting where a normal vehicle is just like a tank and you're just smashing another vehicle?

1. yes - using scripting
2. yes, using scripting (vehicle immunities)
3. yes, i think there is a setting in sty or nyc.gci file to set can drivee over other vehicles flag, but it will not behave 100% like tank does.
