Made this mod/edition for fun, haha.

What is different:
*Radio Stations are in good quality and only contain original music. Chatting and commercials are removed. - not included, too big in file size -
* Sound of car engines is tuned to contain more bass. This is done gentle, so it still sounds like the real thing.
* Almost all cars got a pimping. This is done with original "car parts" to keep the old real feeling of the game - no cheap fake cars. Below is a list of modifications. Go play the mod/edition to see how it really looks. Car damage has also been taken in account. There are no physics (handling stuff) edits, only images. I updated the cars only on wil.sty (on vike's v11.39), so it only works in Downtown City.
Car1 - Romero: Back window into one whole window.
Car2 - Wellard: New air intake unit and added extra red back light.
Car3 - Aniston BD4: Longer roof with new back window.
Car4 - Army thing: Fold
Car5 - Bank Van: New front, looks familiar?
Car6 - Beamer: New hood and door lights. Fancy!
Car7 - Train thing: Fold
Car8 - Box Truck: Extra headlights.
Car9 - Bug: Extended stripe over the roof.
Car10 - Bulwark: New back window.
Car11 - Bus: Extra rear lights.
Car12 - Police car: Bigger siren(s) on roof.
Car13 - Minx: Extended roof.
Car14 - Working on more... -- too much work. it was a fun learning experience.
I'm not sure if I like Car1 edit. It was the first one I did and not that great.
