Font/text stripe

Can we have support for stripe over text. You know, a big black line across it.

Also, what about supporting a "" tag just like in GTAForums, in wich the whole text is black with black bg, but text becomes white with black bg on mouse over, if possible, may not be used a lot by users, but..
