Instructions:
-Extract everything in that archive into your gta2\data folder

Changes:
-I made the map much smaller (although nobody would notice this required to create a texture that stupidly is missing in gta )
-I added electrogun at the edges.

-fixed the texture bug that arose from standardizing sty files
-immediate death when falling off the building for better death count
-freeze player if he is alone on the building to avoid unfair advantage and spawn killing
-added a rocket gang for more competition
