Will there be an upside down version of Residential District?

I assume that the official GTA 2 map editor in later Windows versions work fine?

I also don't know how to make weapons respawn instantly after the player picks them up.

I need help making custom maps for GTA 2.

Every time I try to make one, I can't make walls, slopes and scripts that give weapons to players automatically.
