Light Headed V3.0 contains a few more files, this is only because it is outfitted with up to 4 players. That's right, twice the amount of carnage! So here is the list of what's in the zip file...

Installation Procedure
Just make sure you all slap these files into the gta2\data directory and start a Network game!
Additional Notes
Hydro City is a big town. Following the carnage by the unknown terrorists in town, HCPD (Hydro City Police Department) realised that their transit system (namely the trains operating around town) was suddenly not working, and trains just ceased to exist. Trains were put on hold until these terrorists could be found, yet again, no traces of them were found.
Since the build up of the eastern town, a suspension bridge was built to connect these 2 islands. Once completed, Hydro City planners decided to create a road to a yet un-built area ready for development. This was not to be. At around 02:30AM, a group of 4 armed gunmen sabotaged the bridge to the connecting island, thus destroying part of the bridge. Repairs were started later that day at 11:30AM. Fortunatley, the new train tracks which crossed under the bridge were unaffected leading to the island and prison.
Player 1 starts in Alpha Base, Player 2 starts in Epsilon Base, Player 3 starts on the new island and finally Player 4 starts at the Hideout. With the 4 terrorists back, Hydro City is no longer safe... unless the law can stop them, or they kill each other.
That's the background story to get you into the feel of the city. Dotted around the islands are various weapons for personal defence and some cool new bonuses to boot. If you blow up the sole surviving train, expect a long drive. And if you wanna get into the car park on the new island, all you have to do is wait. Easy as that.
