car : Seles V4 final release (update of the seles v4 that now include proper .pal files)
car replace : rumbler (car 65 in bil.sty)
build time : all the previous seles time + 2hours
prog used : psp6,7, and a little the gimp (only psp7 for this update)

installing the car : this car is for gta 2 

read the help in styed (or the help section on the site u downloaded the car)

-there is 6 variant of the car in this zip (the seles4 and 5 updated version) 
-each variant has is own *.pal file  .ex : u want to install the deltaset-65_orange1.bmp
then use in same time the orange1.pal (deltaset-65_orange2.bmp orange2.pal etc... and for
the deltaset-65_seles4.bmp seles4.pal thats all).











history : the seles story start in 1759 when charles-gunther-of-the-hill-near-the-sea-seles
invent the atomic engine but at this time he didn't see how to use it coz it was just an 
engine and the horses where still  enough to travel around the country so he give up is
search on the atomic engine then he die 2 weeks later of a mysterious disease. 

in 1985 nicolas-brown-charles-seles decide to go in the past in 1759 with a special vehicle
he invented (a delorean something) get with the secret of the atomic engine but 
how unfortunate he just die of an heart-attack when he see that is invention worked
and he was really in 1759 (he was so happy he die with the smile don't worries)

that's why the seles cars don't have atomic engine yet .
