this car was made by me (gwyn morgan) i made in about a 2 week's its a lotus elise 
this is the updated version with the actual lotus elise back. see i only had pic of the front.

 INSTALLING
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Download STYed 1.4 (or higher) from 
   http://www.i999.freeserve.co.uk or
   http://www.niteshade.net/gta/cgi-bin/downloadcount/countdown.cgi?/gta2/utilities/styed14.zip

2. Install and start STYed.

3. Load the file bil.sty which should be in your \GTA2\Data folder
   (be sure to make a backup, in case anything goes wrong.)

4.then Go to the Rightmost window and select car 39. Click 
   File > Import > Import image.

5. Select [lotus.bmp] from wherever you saved it.

6. Press ok. Press CTRL-D. Click 'Import deltas'. 
   Choose [lotus - DeltaSet39.bmp] Press ok.

7. Save the File and run GTA2. The car is now in city three
