Brief Description:
==================
The HMC Flanger first made an appearance in the original GTA as a cop
car, a non-cop version was never released but the Flanger was one of my
most successful cars. The Flanger v3.0 is an updated version. It has a
similar shape to v1.0 but more rounded off and better shading on a totally new colour to the range. Version 3.0 also includes headlights. The Flanger v3.0 Cop Car looks great in GTA2. All lights work properly and new deltas have been made. New versions (taxi, cop etc.) may be released. Version 3 of the Flanger introduces for the first time, only two doors. All previous versions were 4 door versions.

NOTE: This is the fixed version which contains an updated front windscreen and therefore is now named the Flanger v3.1

Specification Changes: 
======================
A new palette is included. You must use this palette for the car to work in
GTA2. Import the new palette in STYed, choose a palette number greater than
280 (All other palettes shoudl not be tampered with), for example, I use
palette 320 Choose file->import->import palette, and the new palette will
be loaded. You can now go to Edit->Image Properties and tell it which palette
the car will be using (e.g 320). Now go to File->Import->Import Image and load
the car. You will now see the car in all its glory. Go to View->Deltas and a 
new window should load up. Click on the load new deltas button and select
the new delta sheet included with the zip file. I also deleted the remap in
Image Properties but it may work without doing it. Save your changes and load
GTA2, the new Flanger will be ready to use!

STYed V4.0 is needed to install this car, you can download this program from
http://www.i999.freeserve.co.uk/stuff_styed.htm . Once you have downloaded
this program, please read the readme and help files which come with it and
follow the instructions to install the car. Read the Spec Changes above for
detailed installation instructions.
