This is my 2nd attempt at making a GTA2 car, this time, 
from the scratch but it didn't turn out too well,
so if you have any tips about how to make cool cars tell me please :)

To install, just open STYed and change Car 57 Delta, Image and Palette and then change the
cars specs in nyc.gci by using a text editor or a third-party program.

You might want to change the settings of the car since it's a bit different from the default
one.

Car Specs:

Speed: High - Not like a sports car(no turbo).
Durability: Medium - This car isn't too good when fighting the police.
Mass: Medium - Normal.
Acceleration Speed: Medium.
