NOTE: Readme's specific to the version can be found in each sub-directory Brief Description: ****************** This car is the second part of my neural inspired series. It is called the Xercion, with obvious links to its sister car the Coercion. Its a Neural inspired car... hence the futuristic look. Special thanks to guys like Psy, Dup and Alfadog (with the AV Neural) which inspired me to make this and the others. Specification Changes: ********************** There are multiple versions of the Xercion with: a) Its own palette...so no detail lost B) As above, but with Stripes b) An ingame palette support (pallete 172) c) As above, but with Stripes d) A gold stripe version, with its own pallete (NO DELTAS) The Xercion looks racey, and if you want it to go as fast as it looks, open your GTA2 directory, open [DATA] and open nyc.gci in Notepad. At the top is the Romero, paste this in under its name: 0 {model} 1 {turbo} 50 {value} 0 {pad} f14.500 {mass} f1.000 {front drive bias} f0.650 {front mass bias} f2.000 {brake friction} f0.250 {turn in} f0.400 {turn ratio} f1.250 {rear end stability} f0.150 {handbrake slide value} f0.580 {thrust} f0.330 {max_speed} f0.600 {anti strength} f0.120 {skid threshhold} f0.300 {gear1 multiplier} f0.400 {gear2 multiplier} f0.600 {gear3 multiplier} f0.245 {gear2 speed} f0.345 {gear3 speed} Extras: ******* There are some extras in this Xercion pack: 1) A special file called "YelloStripe.bmp" which contains a different coulor striped sports version of the original. 2) A Striped and Non striped 'own pallete' version, to be used at preferance 3) An edition of the car which has been optimised to use an ingame pallete (172), also including a stripe version... For more information see bottom... Installation Guide: ******************* There are 3 directories included in this zip: 1) Own Pallete This contains two models - a normal and a striped version. These use a special pallete, and look great, but will not change color in game. 2) Pallete 172 Compatible This contains two models - a normal and a striped version. These use a standard pallete (172), but don't look quite as good. They will however change color in game. 3) Bonus Items Contains the Yellow Stripe version of the car, with its special pallete. However, no Deltas are included to support this, sorry. Additional Information: *********************** USING BONUS MATERIAL 1) To use the yellow striped version, you will need to use the special YellowStripe.pal pallete. There are delta issues relating to the use of this. 2) If you want to use the ingame pallete compatible version, then simply use the images in the "Pallete 172 Compatible" directory. Remember that they use ingame pallete no 172. ********** Do not distribute any altered versions of these files. Please do not release any special coloured versions or alterations of the original files. This includes cars and deltas made from any part of the "Bonus Models" file. If you have any suggestions for this car, or reports of any problems with it in the game or with the files, please send me an email so I can improve it or fix it.
