Replaces: Shark 17, city 1, GTA2
Deltas: basic ones to get by!
Palette: yes, but unnecessary! Use ready2run! Ignore palette as it is same as default for car 17!
Specs: make v.fast, forhire (STYed), strong, good thrust, for best result

Background Info: The beginning of a range of more standard cars, with decent shading, better windows, and an
overall better body appearance! It is actually based a little on the GTA1 Flamer, but only in shape terms.
The car looks better in GIF format as it is in 24bit colour there!

Other finished cars: The only one worth mentioning is my racing F1000, and TP1 GTR. 
Soon out: SRV2, f1 cars, who knows!
