Mmmmm. Fugly. 
Just wanted to make a weird one, so I did ;-) 
Not too positive in its reception, but then who cares? I wanted to make 
it so people would look and go 'Yeugh!'. And then vomit. 
Ugly nice, ugly good. Ugly is your freind. 
Oh, JBLH stands for Jeremy Beadles (alleged) Little Hand. He's a UK tv
presenter who really pisses me off, and I only recently found out he 
had a little hand. Yes, a little hand. Best not to ask eh?

Spec Changes

Palette : The default brown, dont need to touch this.
Remaps  : 3, 12, 14, 19, 20, 24, 28 and 30. As per usual there are some others.
