The Story:

The Feds are stuck with what to do with you. You've terrorised the city so much, killed so many innocent people, destroyed so many cars, made so many dents in the road system, they have decided to call for back-up.
			Enter the Profesionals.

Brief Description:
==================
I was watching some cop show on Sky One (Cops I think) when this un-marked squad car turned up on the scene with it's head-lights flashing. I thought GTA 2 needed somthing more than that little red flashing light on the roof so here it is. The Eddy and the Special Agent Car use the same slot so the Eddy will appear with only the outside head-lights. 

Installation:
=============
You will need a copy of STYed by Gain software (gavin.rudd@iname.com)
1. Start STYed
2. Select File, Open, Cars Only
3. Open Your GTA 2 directory/data (e.g. C:\Program Files\GTA 2\Data\)
4. Open one of the STY Files;
	wil.sty - Level 1 graphics
	ste.sty - Level 2 graphics
	bil.sty - Level 3 graphics
I recommend ste.sty because you see the Special Agent Car most in this level.
5. Select View, Deltas.
6. Click Import Deltas
7. Locate the new Delta Set (Delta Set 14)
8. Close the Delta box
9. Go to File, Save
10. Exit STYed.
11. Start GTA 2 normaly, load Level 2, get into trouble and eventually your new car will turn up.

You will ned a car stat editor. (I recommed GTA MODS Car Stat Editor will come in handy for this, nickjones@eidosnet.co.uk)
1. Start your editor.
2. Open nyc.gci
3. Change these fields
GENERAL: Turbo=1
SPEED AND BRAKE: Thrust=.15 
		 Max. Speed=.415
GEARS: Gear 1=.55
       Gear 2=.68
       Gear 3=1
       Gear 2 Speed=.18
       Gear 3 Speed-.29
