Delfi's GTA2 special compiler

this is a modified gta2 script compiler
it makes you no use for "by hand" compiling, 
the load script thing won't open a dialog... 
the only way to use it is trough the 
frontend or use normal unmodified compiler named 'miss2.exe'

note that both executables are compressed (originaly they were 900kb )
