Hello sir Sektor, for me the this error when I try to open gta2manager

"No suitable graphics card could be found" can mean you don't have compatible video drivers or you are missing directx/directplay files. Does singleplayer work? I would say try selecting window instead of fullscreen but you can't even do that without gta2manager.
