Hi,

I fixed the original GTA2 icon so it looks better. What do you guys think about using this? It is not like the real thing, but does look better - I think.

I'll stick it in, but I don't really like the whole "power manager" thing. Firstly, power manager doesn't work with the new GTA2. Secondly, power manager was just a brief hack for the people who were too lazy to add the registry key to allow the normal manager to work Thirdly it's compressed which makes it hard to reverse engineer. While that may have been justified when it was released, it's not now.

SO I'll add the GTA2 ones, but I think we should use the original style for the manager

Also I attached an .ico version of the GTA2 icon. Can you also make a 48x48 version please?

I added a 48x48 version, but just added more empty space. I think that is beter than resizing it. Going from 32 to 48 is not 100% increase, so pixels won't align well.

I did not know about the PWMG being a cheap hack . I made a new icon for gta2 manager. This is how it looks (left 16x16 and right 32x32):

I think they use the Rockstar icon for one of the start menu shortcuts.

Because replay now works with new vike's gta2, I made a simply replay icon.

What do you think? ( I made it on purpose not too flashy)

That's a really plain icon. Replay Runner used a 3D map screenshot. I suggest a GTA2 icon with a play button.

People can associate their own extension with gta2.exe. It's just writing to some registry keys but they have changed in Windows 7.

I tried to keep it simple (plain?), because the amount of replay files in that folder will be huge. If they all have a busy icon things will get ugly.

I will try a play button, see how it looks.

Hmm, I'm not so content with it, but I still show them: No idea how bigger ones will look, but an arrow is actually also pretty simple (plain?).

Something else. I'm still learning to work with these small icons and editing on pixel level. I found out that I can make a better roundness of the small (16x16) icons.

Put on your sharp eyes, here you can see the differences I mean.
If vike thinks it's worth updating the icon's, I will make post the new icons.

Looks nice. You are free to use them. In the end the license/copyright is from Rockstar North (DMA), I guess.
