Very nice video and matching music!
There are some nice cool 'spooky' scenes, like the ones starting at 1:39.
Another cool one is driving next to the train, gives a bit of a rebel-touch to it.
I also like the end scene, you should have made it a bit longer, it has a nice creepy touch to it. It kinda reminds of this one:

Oh, and that last shot.
I wanted it longer, but that was the longest timeframe between "GOING DOWN" slapped all over the screen and you being teleported to prison.
Oh yea and I went into this thinking I was making a small GTA 2 movie. 4 minutes is damn long, I bet a lot of people got bored halfway through.
As for actual machinima, not sure if GTA 2 is the perfect media for dramatic exposure like that. I see it mostly as a game where cars are fast and explosions big, and that's what this vid is about.
