So with no game modifications you just drive slipping into the water with a medic car and you become a rich mass murderer?

No modifications required. It doesn't have to be a medic car, even short cars can do this but it helps if they are fast. It's not as simple as just driving into the water, you need to chase a ped into there and time your murder perfectly.

I finished Downtown in 2m11s with some help from the built in replay feature. I could beat that time without it, it will just take some luck.


Now all districts have been speedrun in just under 5 minutes total.

I have did this (earned $999999999) in riot (While peds was attacking me) in my map "Criminal City". And I barely did this with 4 attempts. I'm too luckless. It takes about 8 hours if I were did this in one multiplier.

you should do this trick in normal mode, this is not cool, Galactic.

you can use this trick in multiplayer. if you drive over a player but he does not get under the car but hovers on your engine cover try to get to a place where you can jump into water. if you are not too fast and time it right exactly you land on him. enjoy your victory
