Here is my small collection of GTA2 icon's (logo's).

If you need a custom (GTA2) logo or icon for your website or perhaps program, just ask me (PM).

Some default logo's I made for a reason I forgot. Feel free to use them.

This one is also used on polish gta2 forum. Is long time since I created it. Perhaps time for a new one...

I got the logo also as vector. This way you can make images any size you want with high quality.

I think the original 3-color gta2 logo still stands out well regardless of it's age, no need to recreate it, there is no use in that.

Version 4:
- added "signs folder". lots of in-game icons!
- added extra gang icons (like electronic road sign with logo)
- added prison gang icons.
- added loonies2.png image (a non blinking loonies smile)
- complete fix on edges of 16x16 animation power-up icons
- added highres gang icons (home-made)

Version 3:
- added exe icons (gta2, manager and mispad)
- added extra yakuza gang logo (from carroof)
- added some animated heads (more maybe later)
- added actived power-up icons.
- naming corrections in gangs.
- naming correction, hearth -> health
- smoothed (AA) edges of original gang icons (by hand)

Version 2:
- added gang icons at 16x16, color and sharpness improved!
- added gang icons normal with no black border
- added remote icon to power-ups
- fixed holes in 30x30 animations (power-ups)
- removed black background from 30x30 power-ups png version
- added super smooth edge to 30x30 power-ups png version
- updated 16x16 png power-ups with better edge (smoother)
- removed 16x16 gif. they are ugly.

Version 1:
- Contained only power-ups

elypter, could you change this map (gang_logos_and_animations_by_cuban_pete) in the media pack to the above one. you don't need to do it right now, I might got some naming fixes or perhaps adding more icons soon.

sure i can but it seems that the new version is missing the high resolution gang icons. do you want to include it in your pack or should i add them seperately?

well, to be honest the high resolution gang icons are not really that good looking. i mean the 3D ones. they just don't got the gta2 feeling, if you know what I mean. perhaps I will add the vector (2D) ones after a little polish up.

i know, they are not in the typical gta2 style but i think they are ok. You don't have to improove them if there is no specific need i just want to make sure that nothing is lost.

What do you guys think about these highres gang icons?
I added some texture effects, resized and did a conversion to lower color depth and back up to higher.

If they are good enough i'll add them to my gta2 icon collection pack/zip.

I like them. I'll replace the smiles with those (joking).
