Tiny Redneck Town 1 is a map that added with Redneck Gang #5 and 6 Redneck #5 players.
Tiny Redneck Town 2 is a map that added with Redneck Gang #6 and 6 Redneck #6 players.

Because these are 6 player maps so there are so many .mmp files in .zip file.

Open tr2t-6p.mmp:
Code: Select all
[MapFiles]
GMPFile = tr2t.gmp
STYFile = ste.sty
SCRFile = tr2t-6p.scr
Description = Tiny Redneck Town 6 Players
PlayerCount = 6
Change it to:
Code: Select all
[MapFiles]
GMPFile = tr2t.gmp
STYFile = ste.sty
SCRFile = tr2t-6p.scr
Description = Tiny Redneck Town
That way you only need 1 MMP and 1 MIS file.

"PlayerCount =" should be ok but I prefer to remove the whole line since it's not needed. There are also lots of SCR and MIS files that you no longer need and the 6MB GMP files can be reduced to less than 300KB with

could you please tell us why you thought those were neccessary. I just want to know if there is maybe some misleading information out there on the interent.

Hmm, this is good idea. I already have "gmpoptimizer" but I usually forget use the "gmpoptimizer".
