I just don't know what it mean and what happens then. Who's elvis anyway?

The "Elvis has left the building" is a bonus in GTA2 that you get when you kill all the "Elvis clan" members (those guys in white that walk by the map singing like Elvis) in short time (better running them over with a car or with (vehicle) flamethrower). When you do this, you get the bonus and some money.

well, another subforum could be created in GTA2 forum named "GTA2" posting only GTA2 related posts (non-modding or maps), and you move it to there or just move to "Other stuff>Offtopic"
