i updated my pack with developer tools for gta2.

along with all the other tools that are already included i updated TMs Editor to New Epic Version, updated Jernejls stytool, added gta1 to gta2 car converter and added a portable version of notepad++ with syntax highlighting for gta2 files to the workbench.
