I actually thought about this once and tried slowing it down but with no good results. It seems it's like one of those warnings on advertisements like "Caution: don't expose to very high temperatures" etc, but instead it may say that it doesn't protect you against everything. If somebody can slow it down with good results, I'd love to listen to it

it is indeed something like that but from what I have slowed down he seems to say something before "operation" but I don't know what, but I'm not sure if he does it either. The high voltage part is really hard to hear. They don't want you to know the flaws in their product.
