uploading .mis & .txt files

when i try to upload a .mis or a .txt file i get a "extension not allowed" message.
could someone( i think Sektor) remove this policy or explain why it is there.

Fixed and it only took 5 months
It actually took a few minutes but I forgot. I tried to upload a .mis file today, noticed it wasn't allowed and then added the extension.

I can't upload images/files in PM's. Would be nice if it is possible. To prevent storage overflow you could set max 20mb for each inbox or something?
