Updated forum software to phpBB v3.2.7

I updated from php 5 to 7 and it broke compatibility with phpBB v3.0, so this is a rushed phpBB v3.2.7 update. I wasn't planning on updating today, so I haven't had time to fix/restore all the custom settings like MIS syntax highlighting.

Changelog:

If it is not in the Dark templates, you can try changing it in the CSS file, replacing the blue colors with black. To do this, you have to experiment with the forum.

Hello Sektor.

Please change avatars to left side.
We are not arabians.

Also the top "menu" :
GTAMP.com home < Board index < Forum < Announcements

Could look like this
Board index < Forum < Announcements

I am (and i think others also) are used to click on this Board index link to get to the main forums.
But there is this GTAMP.com home link, i always click on that automatically and it goes to blog.
But i wanted to get to forum index.

pretty annoying to always click Back on browser to get back on forum and then again click Board Index.

You can change the avatar side now, more info in v3.2.8 topic.

You can click on board index if you want to go to gtamp.com/forum. It would be better if home went there too but then that will change the header link since the board setting changes both. I could work around it with some manual file edits or some extension or you can just get used to clicking board index instead of "home".

edit: I renamed home to GTAMP.com and renamed Board Index to home, so now click home if you want to go to https://gtamp.com/forum
