When you complete the game you'll get a screen that consists of nine small images, one of them being the image I posted above. I don't have any more.
I used to have a large image of the assassin from GTA2: The Movie, but I can't find it anymore.

Here's a high-res version of one of the images in the "You've won!"-screen:Cuban-Pete wrote:In the "frontend" folder of GTA2 there are also some images, does anybody know if there are more of these?

Re: GTA2 Game Hunter - ideas and suggestions
I've always found the individual lighting settings illogical. Different gamers playing a single game in both night and broad daylight doesn't make any sense! GTA2 seems to treat it as a mere cosmetic setting, even though it can have a substantial impact on gameplay. I think it is a gameplay element ...

Re: GTA2 Game Hunter - ideas and suggestions
Adding a "daytime" line would mean you need a double amount of MMP files if you want your map to be playable in both dusk and dawn, and my data folder is already getting rather crowded as it is. Ideally the host should be able to force dawn or dusk for all players with a setting in the net...

Re: Create Zone names
I want to create zone names which appear in the game wenn i come into the zone. I now i have to create an information zone but it doesn´t works. Do i have to write something in the script? Are you using information zones or navigation zones? Both should work, but I too have experienced some trouble...

Re: Problem to script a gang
Welcome at GTAMP, Steve! I see LEVELSTART and LEVELEND are missing in your example. Make sure the SET_GANG_KILL_REACTION commands are placed after LEVELSTART, and the SET_GANG_INFO commands before LEVELSTART. The rest of your code looks fine. See also Creating gangs (GTA2) at WikiGTA.

Re: TradeMark's GTA2 Map Editor (only Zone Editor currently)
Death Valley opens normally here, except for the custom tiles. Furthermore, the editor loads a converted Vice City, with a whole new style file, without any problems.

Re: TradeMark's GTA2 Map Editor (only Zone Editor currently)
hmmm, crash :o interesting, i will update the file now, try it again and if it crashes, send me the debug.txt zipped please! The new version works like a charm! I really like the zone editor. Editing zones in the main 3D window in combination with the ability to flatten the map is very effective. T...

Re: STY Tool
There's only one feature I really miss in STY Tool, and that's the importing custom palettes (*.pal files) in stead of automatically generating a palette for each new tile. If you could add this to STY Tool, Gain's STYed would finally be obsolete. The interface could be improved, I guess. The import...

Re: TradeMark's GTA2 Map Editor (only Zone Editor currently)
Looks very promising, but... I can't get it to work! If I use the [DIR] method, the editor starts loading the files of the first map in my data folder, but the editor crashes when it says "launching editor". Curiously, the editor was able to generate a minimap image of the first level in m...

Re: Tiny Tiny Town Arena
I promised I'd post some suggestions, so here goes. Some may be relevant for both the original version and yours. Add a weapon spawn near the double damage, since players are relatively helpless when they spawn there with another player nearby. Also, consider switching the direction of the single la...

Bikes and convertibles in GTA2
By using deltas and a script which changes the NUMBER_GRAPHIC of a car, it's possible to create reasonably convincing bikes and convertibles in GTA2. I used to following script to add two bikes to a 2p level: WHILE_EXEC ( loop = 1 ) IF ( ( ( IS_CHARACTER_IN_MODEL ( player1 , ISETTA ) ) OR ( IS_CHARA...

Re: Tiny Tiny Town
in the middle east i havent seen any problems yet. You should watch the news more often. i added 2 small general zones to my map and this to the mission file: MAP_ZONE nocars1 = ( 0 , 350 , 200 , 0 , 1000 , 100 , 100 , 100 , 700 , 0 , 450 ) MAP_ZONE nocars2 = ( 0 , 350 , 200 , 0 , 1000 , 100 , 100 ...

Re: Scripts of Tiny Town, Hidden Surprise and Face Off
I didn't realise the start positions varied with number of players. I ran through all the start positions of Face Off, and they're the same after all; it was merely a bug in the SCR Tool (fixed in latest version). Seems like we're back to square one for figuring out why each player count has its ow...

Re: Scripts of Tiny Town, Hidden Surprise and Face Off
This is what GTA2 Scripting.doc has to say about the delay: Generators create new objects of a given type at regular intervals. [...] Needs [...] two ‘delays’. These give a minimum/maximum time between each object creation. If set the same, objects will be created at a regular interval. mindelay: an...

Re: Scripts of Tiny Town, Hidden Surprise and Face Off
Thats weird. I clocked the Rocket Launcher in Tiny Town and it respawned after 50 seconds. But I assume you clocked in Face Off? I clocked the rocket launcher in Tiny Town, but I did the same with some other weapons (the initial pistol in Face Off, for example) and they were all the same. My guess ...

Re: Scripts of Tiny Town, Hidden Surprise and Face Off
I didn't realise the start positions varied with number of players. We are still learning new things about GTA2, a decade later! This seems to be only the case with Face Off. It probably has something to do with getting the optimal 'face off'-stance for each player count, but I haven't really gotte...

I know, Ben: it's the same tool Sektor mentioned, but thanks anyway. I used the beta of the tool B-$hep released shortly ago to find the coordinates. I have reconstructed the scripts of Tiny Town, Hidden Surprise and Face Off and posted them here . I could do the multiplayer versions too, but that w...
