BMPs with alpha channel?

Is it possible to extract tiles already transparent? If yes, then now :?:

I think the first color in the palet is transparent. If you want to programmatically read the BMP's, then it should be easy for your purpose.

But what about GTACars? I'm remaking London and I don't really want to make everything transparent myself.

Remember to do a web search before starting a 3 year project. You know, just in case someone already did it.

I know about this one, but textures are lower quality and some are edited, like Fags instead of Groovy Gear.
