Changes:
* mines and oil slicks explode/vanish after ~60 seconds
* truck cabs are faster and stronger
* containers can endure 2 direct rocket hits
* player 2 spawn point moved to the east into more balanced location
* added respawning container in the southwest
* added vehicle bomb in the southwest
* added electro fingers in the northwest
* added double damage next to health
* replaced invulblabla with machinegun and fast reload
* ADDED TWO SPECIAL BONUSES
1 - easy to find but harder to get
2 - hard to find
