Same here. Thats why i kept hearing it in finnish, when it actually was english, i just couldnt hear any english words in there (except those few)

it doesnt say molest exactly only frighten but in the context you can easily interpret it that way that he is at least exhibitionistic.

those lyrics arent from the kids show, some guy (Jope Ruonansuu) is very sick in his songs and he makes songs perverted on purpose.
