for some weird reason, all the russians in Industrial District became Rednecks o_O is this normal?

It might be a bug added by our SCR patching. Need to check if you can recreate it in old and current version.

That's the Mad Island gang. They are never Russians.

I remember seeing islangang in the MIS files. I don't know the singleplayer missions very well since I haven't played them in years and when I did, it was on the horrible (in comparison) PS1 version.
