I did a little anti alias by hand on a gun, does it look better?

Easiest way would be to select the outline in e.g. Gimp, and to create a path from the selection, then stroke the path with a 1 pixel line. Cheap quick AA. Not that you can see or anyone cares for the difference in these icons, as Sektor pointed out.
