Is it possible to change remaps of characters in .sty file?

Anything to do with GTA1/GTA2 modding (tools, scripts and more).

I think I remeber that I once read it somewhere, that you can change the remaps of characters in GTA2 by editing the sty files. For example making the cops red. Is this possible? And can it be done with Sty Tool? If so, how?
I made a snow mod for the third level and I would like to make the army wear white or grey clothes in it. :P And if it's possible, make the player wear that silly bright yellow sweater like in GTA1.

Should be possible if you modify the palet which is in sty file AFAIK. But you might experience some weirdness on other colors as well if they use the same palet...

And yes you should be able to do this on sty tool.

Thanks for reminding me about the bright yellow sweater! With the blue jeans! Need to create that as an outfit for my GTA5 online character.
