I suggest you edit the movies a little more before uploading. Perhaps different songs depending on the situation. Perhaps also speed up 'boring' parts (2x play speed) and cutting out stuff that does not really add anything to the movie like respawning in middle of nowhere.

You can use windows movie maker or try virtualdub (takes some getting used to).
