can i install steam version and also free version from rockstar games site or can create some conflicts?

for steam version i will use 9.6f version (that i need to test) and for free version 11.42 version.


ps: on windows 8 i can run only the 9.6f version.

and on 11.42 version (also 11.41, same problem) i can't use options when i select it in-game.

steam version? not free?

gta itself doesnt care about its location or anything else. it just stores some data in registry globally.
i have 20+ gta2 folders
