Flying 'H' during playing singleplayer on a multiplayer map with infinited health or something. This is old news, right?

Location: Nowhere.
That 'H' is shown if you enable "Show Horn" or something like that on manager-hkcu.exe or PowerManager and a car sounds the horn (AFAIR, that's also shown when the train arrives and it sounds its horn)
