This is a Nintendo DS emulator for the Sony PSP. It's too slow to be playable and isn't compatible with all games. It is based on DeSmuME.

I tried it but it seems to running slow on my PSP.

It's just a novelty. I don't think any games will ever run full speed but they will be slightly less slow in the next version.
