A hard riddle

I have a little poem..... Who know what it "means" reply.

For I must a verse prescribe,
By artful sense and words describe,
Rhyming's cryptic chemistry,
Bit by bit, wiggling free,
Circle by circle, soon you see,
Sketched out in Grecian schoolery.

A hint:

it has to emulate math. (I hope the google translator have translate it right ;D )

Here's the correct version:

I'm actually surprised nobody gave the answer yet
Which is π = 3.1415926535897932384626433832725028841971. It becomes obvious as soon as you count the amount of letters in each word
