Episodes from Liberty City PS3/PC delayed

Episodes from Liberty City PS3 and PC versions have been delayed from the original March 30th release date until April 13th in North America and April 16th in Europe. Sony requested that Rockstar edit some of the in-game radio, TV and internet content in the European PS3 release.

Due to a last minute game submission request from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to edit some of the in-game Liberty City radio station, television, and internet content – we are forced to delay the worldwide release of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for both PlayStation 3 and PC for an extra two weeks.

Left 4 Dead 2 “Banned” in Australia

It seems the game was deemed unsuitable for 15 year old children and since there is no higher rating for games in Australia, it was refused classification. I believe the decision can still be appealed and if that fails then it will likely be censored to get it approved.

It's just another reason why Australia needs an 18+ rating for video games.

Australian censorship paper censored

A proposed public consultation process for the introduction of an R18+ rating for video games in Australia has suffered a setback, with a draft discussion paper on the issue rejected by South Australian Attorney General Michael Atkinson.
